Foresyght Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026
1. About this policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when you may cancel a purchase, request a refund, reschedule a service or raise a concern about something purchased from:
Foresyght Solutions Ltd; or
Foresyght Multi-Business Limited.
In this policy, these companies may be referred to collectively as “Foresyght”, “we”, “us” or “our” for ease of reading.
The company responsible for your purchase is the company named as the seller on the relevant checkout page, invoice, order confirmation, proposal, service agreement or payment receipt. That company is responsible for supplying the product or service and handling any cancellation, refund or complaint connected with that purchase.
Unless expressly agreed in writing or required by law, neither company is automatically responsible for a contract entered into by the other company. This policy applies to purchases made through our websites, Flutterwave stores, payment links or other authorised Foresyght sales channels.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any legal rights you may have.
2. Consumers and business customers
A consumer is someone buying mainly for personal purposes rather than as part of a business, trade or profession.
If you purchase on behalf of a company, organisation or professional practice, you will normally be treated as a business customer. Consumer cooling-off rights may not apply to business purchases.
Business purchases may also be governed by a proposal, statement of work, order form or service agreement accepted at the time of purchase. Where those terms differ from this policy, the signed or accepted agreement will normally take priority, subject to applicable law.
3. The 14-day consumer cancellation period
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you will usually have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason.
Different rules may apply once:
a digital product has been downloaded or accessed;
a digital assessment has been started;
a service has started at your request;
a service has been fully delivered;
personalised work has started; or
time or capacity has been reserved specifically for you.
If you ask the responsible Foresyght company to begin providing a service during the 14-day cancellation period and later cancel, that company may deduct a reasonable amount for the work already supplied.
If the service has been fully delivered during the cancellation period with your express request and acknowledgement, your cancellation right may end once the service has been completed.
4. Digital products and downloadable resources
Digital products may include playbooks, templates, assessments, reports, guides, recordings, companion resources and other downloadable or online materials.
You may cancel a digital-product purchase before the download, access or supply begins.
Where you request immediate access, you will be asked to confirm that:
you expressly consent to receiving the digital product immediately; and
you understand that your 14-day cancellation right will end when the download, access or supply begins.
Once access or downloading has begun with this consent, we do not normally provide a refund simply because you:
changed your mind;
no longer need the product;
did not use the product;
did not complete the material; or
purchased the wrong product without first checking its description.
This does not affect your rights where the digital product is faulty, materially different from its description or inaccessible because of a problem within our control.
5. Digital assessments and personalised reports
This section covers assessments, diagnostic tools and products that generate a profile, result, analysis or report using information you provide. The service is treated as started once you begin the assessment, submit your responses or provide information for processing.
Once a personalised report has been generated, refunds are not normally available solely because you changed your mind or disagree with a properly generated result.
If a technical problem prevents you from completing the assessment or receiving the report, please contact us. The responsible Foresyght company will first try to:
restore your access;
correct the problem;
regenerate the report; or
provide the result in another reasonable format.
Where the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund.
The quality and usefulness of an assessment result may depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. A result affected by incomplete, misleading or inaccurate answers will not normally qualify for a refund.
6. Private sessions and booked appointments
This section covers diagnostics, reviews, advisory sessions, strategy sessions and other appointments reserved for a specific person or organisation.
If you need to change your appointment:
please give at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible;
one reasonable rescheduling request may be accepted without an additional fee; and
the replacement appointment must normally take place within 60 days of the original date.
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or you do not attend, the responsible Foresyght company may deduct a reasonable amount for:
preparation already completed;
administration;
resources already produced; and
the appointment time reserved for you.
In some circumstances, these reasonable costs may equal the full session fee. Any deduction will take account of the work performed and the loss reasonably incurred.
Serious illness, emergencies and circumstances outside your reasonable control will be considered fairly.
If you arrive late, the session may still finish at its original scheduled time. This protects appointments booked by other clients.
7. Group programmes, accelerators and workshops
Programme fees may cover:
reserved capacity;
onboarding;
preparation;
digital materials;
live sessions;
templates and tools;
reviews;
platform access; and
personalised or group support.
If you cancel within a statutory cancellation period and the programme has not started, you may be entitled to a full refund.
If you asked us to provide onboarding, materials, platform access or services during the cancellation period, the responsible Foresyght company may deduct a reasonable amount for what has already been supplied.
After the applicable cancellation period has ended:
refunds are not automatic for a change of mind;
any refund will take account of materials accessed, sessions delivered, personalised work completed, costs already committed and the place reserved for you;
a transfer, account credit or place in a later cohort may be offered where reasonable; and
missing sessions or failing to complete programme activities does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Any offer-specific cancellation terms shown on the relevant sales page, application, proposal, booking confirmation or service agreement will also apply.
8. Memberships and subscriptions
You may cancel a monthly membership or subscription before its next renewal date.
Cancellation will stop future renewal charges. Unless stated otherwise, you will continue to have access until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
We do not normally provide a partial refund for an active monthly period after access has been supplied. Exceptions may apply where:
you were charged after cancelling correctly;
a duplicate or incorrect payment was taken;
the service was materially unavailable because of a problem within our control;
the service did not materially match its description; or
applicable law requires a refund.
Ending a subscription does not automatically refund earlier payments.
Where applicable law requires a renewal reminder, renewal cooling-off period or particular cancellation method, the responsible Foresyght company will provide those rights.
You should be able to cancel a subscription through a reasonable method explained on the relevant website, account area, payment platform or order confirmation.
9. Bespoke projects and implementation work
Bespoke services may include:
implementation sprints;
asset development;
private programmes;
organisational assessments;
workshops;
capability programmes;
strategic projects; and
ongoing advisory work.
The relevant proposal or service agreement will normally state:
the agreed deliverables;
project stages;
payment dates;
cancellation terms;
revision limits;
responsibilities of both parties; and
any third-party costs or commitments.
If you cancel after work has started, you remain responsible for work already completed and reasonable costs committed specifically for your project.
Any refund will be calculated fairly after taking account of:
completed work;
delivered assets;
research or preparation;
reserved capacity;
approved third-party costs; and
other reasonable non-recoverable commitments.
Deposits and advance payments will not be treated as automatically forfeited where doing so would be unfair or contrary to applicable law.
Where a bespoke agreement includes a minimum term, staged payment plan or early-termination provision, those terms will apply to the extent that they are fair, transparent and legally enforceable.
10. Services that do not meet the agreed standard
Please contact the responsible Foresyght company if you believe a service was not delivered:
with reasonable care and skill;
in accordance with its material description;
within an agreed or reasonable time; or
in accordance with an important promise on which you relied when purchasing.
Where appropriate, the responsible company will first offer to correct or repeat the affected part of the service at no additional cost.
If correction or repeat performance is impossible, cannot be completed within a reasonable time or would cause significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a reasonable price reduction.
Depending on the circumstances, this reduction may be up to the full amount paid for the affected service.
11. Faulty or inaccessible digital content
Digital content should be:
as described;
fit for its intended purpose; and
of satisfactory quality.
If digital content is faulty or inaccessible, the responsible Foresyght company may offer:
restored access;
a corrected file;
repair or replacement;
an alternative format; or
a price reduction or refund where the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
Please include a screenshot or clear explanation of the problem where possible. This helps us investigate the issue but does not remove your statutory rights.
12. Where Foresyght cancels or changes a service
If the responsible Foresyght company cancels a paid session, programme or service and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, you will receive a refund for the part that was not delivered.
If a facilitator becomes unavailable, the responsible company may offer:
a replacement date;
a suitable alternative facilitator;
an account credit; or
a refund for the affected part of the service.
We are not responsible for unrelated costs you choose to incur unless they were expressly agreed in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
Material changes to a service will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
13. How to request a cancellation or refund
Send your request to:
Please include:
your full name;
the email address used for the purchase;
your order or transaction reference;
the product or service purchased;
the date of purchase; and
a short explanation if something has gone wrong.
You do not need to give a reason when exercising a valid statutory right to cancel.
We may ask for additional information where needed to:
confirm the purchase;
identify the responsible Foresyght company;
investigate a problem; or
prevent fraud.
14. Identifying the responsible seller
Your checkout page, invoice, order confirmation, proposal or payment receipt should identify either:
Foresyght Solutions Ltd; or
Foresyght Multi-Business Limited
as the seller responsible for your purchase.
If you are unsure which company supplied your purchase, send us your order or transaction reference. We will use the relevant payment and commercial records to identify the responsible company.
Using a shared Foresyght website, brand, support address or payment process does not, by itself, make both companies jointly responsible for the same transaction.
15. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
Any refund that is legally due will be issued without undue delay and within the applicable legal timeframe. This will normally be no later than 14 days after:
we receive a valid cancellation notice; or
the responsible company confirms that a refund is due.
After the refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display it in your account. This processing time is outside our direct control.
Payment-processing charges will only be deducted where doing so is lawful, fair and clearly permitted by the terms accepted at the time of purchase.
We will not normally issue a refund to a different card, account or person unless the original payment method is no longer available and appropriate identity and payment checks have been completed.
16. Payment disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us first if you:
do not recognise a payment;
believe you were charged twice;
were charged after cancelling;
did not receive the purchased product or service; or
believe the amount charged was incorrect.
We will investigate the transaction and try to resolve the issue promptly.
This does not remove your right to contact your bank, card provider or payment service.
Access to the relevant product or service may be suspended while a disputed, reversed or potentially fraudulent payment is investigated.
17. International customers
Customers outside the United Kingdom may have additional mandatory rights under the laws that apply where they live.
Where applicable local consumer law gives you greater mandatory protection than this policy, those rights will apply.
The availability of a product or payment link in another country does not necessarily mean that every Foresyght service is suitable for use in that jurisdiction.
18. Model cancellation notice
You may use the following wording to cancel a qualifying contract:

20. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, payment arrangements or legal responsibilities change.
The version that applied when you purchased will normally govern that purchase unless:
a later version gives you greater rights;
you expressly agree to a change; or
a legal change must apply immediately.
The date at the top of this policy shows when it was last updated.
