1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any websites, tools, programmes, platforms, or services operated by Foresyght (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

By using Foresyght, you’re agreeing to these terms. They exist to protect both you and us. If anything here doesn’t work for you, it’s best not to use the services.

Some services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity carried out under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.

Keep your login details secure. Anything done through your account is your responsibility—let us know right away if something looks wrong.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are breached. In cases of serious misuse, suspension or termination may occur without prior notice.

If these rules are broken, we may restrict or remove access—especially in serious cases.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foresyght will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we’re not responsible for losses caused by things like outages or technical issues, unless the law requires otherwise.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of:

England and Wales, for users contracting with Foresyght Solutions Ltd. (UK), or

The Federal Republic of Nigeria, for users contracting with Foresyght Multi-Business Ltd. (Nigeria).

Any legal matters will follow UK or Nigerian law, depending on which Foresyght entity you’re dealing with.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through our website or via email. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If we make important changes, we’ll let you know. Using the services after that means you accept the updates.
